Ingredients
1 Cucumber (can be english too)
1 TB Dill (dry works for speed and cost)
1 TB Canola Oil
2 TB Red wine vinager
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 TB plain greek yogurt
Salt to taste
Directions
Peel Cucumber
use a spiralizer to spiralize the cucumber. if not mandoline slice the cucumber. Cucumber must be thin.
use a kitchen towel to dry the cucumber from and pat dry water.
In a mixing bowl, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, white pepper, canola oil, and greek yogurt. Mix together. add salt to taste
a few minutes before eating your meal add the cucumber to dressing with tongs. then serve in a bowl or on the side on your plate. Add at the end as the salt can pull more water out of the cucumber if the salad sits for a while.
