Fried Rice

Ingredients:

3 pieces of bacon (Substitute any leftover meats for bacon, add cooking oil if using leftover meats)

2 egg

2 tbsp of diced onion

3 cup of day old cooked white rice

3 tb soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

green onion

Steps: 

In a wok or large skillet

Fry 3 slices of bacon until Crisp. Remove pieces. 

add onion and saute lightly

stir in 3 c cooked riced

break 2 eggs into mixture

add bacon or leftovers

add soy sauce and sugar

scramble all well together

garnish with with chopped green onions.
