Meat - Shrimp Bang Bang BBQ




Directions & Tips:

  1. Shrimp will shrink on the charcoal bbq
  2. Metal skewer 4 to 6 per metal skewer
  3. Cook until they turn white and pink from opaque
  4. Brush this sauce at end to glaze

Prep sauce in a bowl:

5 tbsp light mayonnaise
3 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha

1lb of 13 to 15 ct Shrimp
5 tbsp light mayonnaise
3 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha 
2 green onions
