Experiment
with dark, medium, and light roasts, expensive and cheaper bulk coffees.
There are many different subtle flavors depending the roast and type of
soil / climate grown in. For example Kona Coffee is grown on at a
specific elevation on the big island of Hawaii, and the volcanic type of
soil produces a very mild flavor coffee that is not a bitter as a
french roast.
Directions
This makes 2 large cups of coffee
Fill Hot Water kettle to 1 liter,
Turn on water to heat
Measure 60 grams of coffee beans,
Grind Beans until fine powder about 5 to 8 secs.
Pour ground coffee into French press
After water has boiled,
Add a bit of hot water to coffee in French press, so no grounds are dry. Stir out any air or pockets.
Set timer for 4 min countdown, and let sit for 30 secs the initial water and grounds:
At 30 secs pour rest of water into French press:
Immersion blend milk until frothy about 10 to 30 secs. Milk froths much more than almond milk
Add Coffee
optional: top with some Cinnamon
