3 medium sized avocados or 2 large Haas Avocados
1/4 cup white onion
8 to 12 cherry tomato
2 garlic cloves
Juice from 1 to 2 limes, about 4 to 6 tablespoons ( or buy like juice in green plastic container)
Directions
In a mixing bowl scoop out avocados, do not break them down yet.
Add like lime juice on avocado
Add diced onions
Add diced tomatos
Add minced garlic
Take a potato masher and mash and mix avocado and ingredients. This will get you both texture and creaminess from avocados and not over work the avocado.
Then spread it in bowl to a thinner layer add salt and pepper to tastes
Then scoop in to a dipping bowl and seal and place in fridge for 2 to 3 hours for ingredients to meld.
Enjoy with chips or as a topping.
