Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:

One block tofu extra firm

Seasoning Ratio (2x, 3x, 4x the ratios to your liking and weekly meal planning)

1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric


Directions:

Squeeze tofu with a tofu press. Or cut tofu and hand squeeze with a kitchen towel to remove excess water.

Place tofu in a skillet and cook for a 3 to 5 mins to evaporate some more of the water and bring it to temp, while breaking tofu in small bites. If you want really small chunks quickly take a potato masher and press all the tofu, like if you were going to add to a breakfast burrito.

Mix in seasonings throughly and plate.
