Sauce - Vietnamese Spring Roll Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

ingredients: 

1/4 cup fish sauce 

1/4 cup simple syrup

2 tbsp lime juice 

2 tsp rice wine vinegar

1 tsp thai chili sauce

1 small dried chili (chopped)

1 tbsp shredded carrot

Mix all above in a bowl to dip Spring Rolls
