Salad - Kath's Caesar

Ingredients

Romaine or Hardy Leafy Green Lettuce
Savory Croutons

Dressing Ingredients

4 Cloves Garlic
Anchovies 1/4 cup or 1 heaping TB anchovy paste
2 TB Dijon
1 Egg Yolk
Tabasco to taste
Worcestershire to taste
1 Lemon Juiced (check this amount to taste)
1 TB red wine vinegar (check this amount, start with none because of lemon)
2 to 1 oil about 1/4 cup

Adjust ratios to taste, emulsify oil. Do not make it runny.

Shred Parmesan Cheese

Mix dressing pour into container for use over chopped leafy green salad.
