1 package extra-firm tofu
1 ½ Tbsp tamari
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp tomato paste
4-5 small cloves garlic, crushed or minced
2 tb herbs de provence
Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
Double this recipe for the week if you wish.
Add as a pizza topping, lettuce wraps, on top of toast, etc.
Mix all ingredients while tofu is being squeezed.
Crumble tofu into mixing bowl
Bake on 350 convection for about 15mins and flip halfway through. Watch until glazed and hot. Do not burn. About 20 to 25 mins in oven.
