Ingredients:
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 White Onion
Corn Tortillas (also can use flour tortillas and role into breakfast burritos)
Can of Black Beans
Cojita Cheese or vegan cheese
Cilantro (optional)
Hot Sauce or Taco Sauce
Steps:
- Make Tofu Scramble in frying pan
- Julian Bell Pepper and Onion, saute in frying pan
- Open can of beans and drain, and rinse in colander
- Heat Corn Tortillas on pan or similar
- Top Tortillas with tofu, bell peppers, onions, and beans
- Add Cheese to top and serve hot
